We are a locally owned gift shop and are so grateful to serve our community here in Ft. Walton Beach. We are in Winrock Plaza, 339 Racetrack Rd, NW. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer custom gift wrapping in store with beautiful ribbons, bows, and seasonal touches. Wrapping styles and pricing may vary by season. Just ask one of our team members and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! The Emerald Gift Co. gift cards are available and can be used both in-store and online.

eGift cards are delivered instantly by email, making them perfect for last-minute gifting.

Do you offer local delivery?

Absolutely! $25 to our local area. If out of Okaloosa County, reach out for a quote.

Do you carry the same items online as in store?

Our online collection reflects much of what we carry in store, but due to limited quantities and one-of-a-kind items, some products may be in-store only. If you’re looking for something specific, feel free to reach out.

What is your return policy?

Returns FOR STORE CREDIT or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase with a receipt and original tags attached. Items must be unused and in original condition.

The following items are final sale:

• Seasonal or holiday items
• Sale or clearance items
• Custom orders, gift wrapping services, or balloons

Do you offer custom or special orders?

Yes! We’re happy to help with custom gift wrapping, balloon bouquets, and special requests when possible. Availability may vary based on season and demand.
